Isn't it time to take the AC control away from these clowns and pass it to those who have demonstrated their respect for the cup and its traditions - the 5 clubs who have won it over the 150? years?

It apears that SNG does not respect the NY Courts decision.

Does SNG refusal to meet the NY Courts Order to sail in Feb 2010, mean that SNG defaults and the GGYC is declared the winner and host to the next Amereica's Cup on San Francisco Bay?

If the clubs cannot mutually agree and BMW-Oracle insists on a February date, they could force the race to be held in the Southern Hemisphere according to the Deed of Gift.

If you live up a mountain hundreds of miles from the sea and you have no extradition treaty with the USA you feel fairly invulnerable-right? The next defender will probably defend a replica. Tell you what here is a hundred guineas and we start again with sportsmen not courtsmen.
